Open house in Fronsac and Canon Fronsac

Fronsac & Canon Fronsac

At the confluence of two rivers, the Isle and the Dordogne, the Fronsac and Canon Fronsac terroirs are set in superb landscapes of plateaux and hillsides. The soils are essentially clay-limestone, and Merlot is the predominant grape variety, alongside Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon.
The Fronsac appellation covers 800 hectares and Canon Fronsac, one of the smallest appellations in the Bordeaux region, 300 hectares.
A unique opportunity for beginners and enthusiasts alike to discover or rediscover these appellations.
