Transport plan

During the Olympic Torch Relay, traffic and parking will be disrupted and a mobility plan will be put in place.

Some roads will be closed to traffic during the Olympic Torch Relay.

Tram A will be suspended between :

  • Arlac and Le Haillan Rostand / MĂ©rignac from 12.45pm to 2.30pm.
  • Stalingrad and Galin from 4.45pm to 6.30pm.

Tram B will be suspended between MusĂ©e d’Aquitaine and Achard from 5.10pm to 7.45pm.

Tram C/D will be suspended between Gare Saint-Jean and Grand-Parc / FondaudĂšge from 5.10pm to 7.10pm

The TBM network will be disrupted. Check traffic information on the infotbm.com website.

The bridge will be closed to pedestrians and cyclists from 6pm to 6.30pm, but tram A traffic will continue in both directions (towards Le MĂ©rignac AĂ©roport/Le Haillan Rostand and towards La Gardette Bassens Carbon/Floirac Dravemont).

Parking will be strictly prohibited along the entire route of the Olympic Torch Relay from 9am on Tuesday 21 May until 8pm on Thursday 23 May.

Please note: any offending vehicles will be impounded at the offender’s risk and expense.

Bourse and Tourny car parks: access in and out of these car parks will be closed on 23 May from 5.30pm to 8pm.
